Elev8 Centers is dedicated to the care and treatment of individuals with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility offers a complete range of services, from detox to medication-assisted treatment, rehab, and recovery therapy. We are seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Clinical Services Supervisor (LPN) to join our team!

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care according to individual client needs, using recognized nursing techniques and standards, under the supervision of a registered nurse. You'll work alongside a dedicated team and develop your clinical skills!

Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Essential Duties:

• Administer medications safely and timely according to physicians' orders.
• Educate patients about their medications and document their understanding; notify RN or doctor if any issues arise.
• Record patient activities such as admissions and discharges; notify RN or doctor if any issues arise.
• Monitor and document detox progress and behavioral responses; notify RN or doctor if any issues arise.
• Document treatment interventions and responses; notify RN or doctor if any issues arise.
• Communicate patient progress to the treatment team; notify RN or doctor if any issues arise.
• Perform withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as per treatment plans.
• Collect data for CQI programs and report any irregularities to RN or doctor.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current NY State Board of Nursing License and Registration.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum two years of nursing experience.
• Preferably experienced in addiction treatment.
