Clinical Services Supervisor (LPN)

Urban Recovery is committed to the care and treatment of those suffering from substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility provides complete care from detox and medication-assisted treatment to rehab and recovery therapy. We are currently seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Clinical Services Supervisor (LPN) to join our team!

LPNs are responsible for providing individualized nursing care using recognized techniques and procedures under the direction of a registered nurse. In this role, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals and enhance your clinical skills!

Dayshifts and Overnight: 7:00a-7:30p, 7:00p-7:30a

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications according to safe nursing practice standards and physicians' orders.
• Educate patients about their medications and document their response, alerting a registered nurse or doctor if needed.
• Document all patient activities and progress in the medical record, informing a registered nurse or doctor if necessary.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as outlined in treatment plans.
• Collect and report data for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• A minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Experience with addiction treatment is preferred.
