Clinical Services Supervisor (LPN)

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide customized nursing care using recognized techniques and standards under the direction of a registered nurse. Shifts: 7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and timely per physician orders.
• Educate patients on their medications, document responses, and notify relevant staff of issues.
• Record all patient activities and notify staff of any abnormalities.
• Track detox progress and patient behaviour, alerting staff to concerns.
• Document all treatments and patient responses, notifying staff of issues.
• Communicate patient progress with the team, reporting concerns.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Nursing school graduate.
• Current NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Experience with addiction treatment preferred.
