Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Clinical Nurses to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication safety protocols. Monitor patient responses to medications, assess for adverse effects, and intervene as needed.
• Clinical Procedures: Perform a variety of clinical procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, catheterization, and specimen collection. Follow established protocols and safety guidelines to maintain patient safety and infection control.
• Patient Education: Provide patient education on disease management, treatment options, medication adherence, and preventive care measures. Empower patients and their families to participate actively in their healthcare decisions and self-care practices.
• Health Promotion and Prevention: Promote health and wellness through patient education, preventive screenings, and health counseling. Advocate for healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention strategies to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, specialists, therapists, and other healthcare providers. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with documentation standards, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
• Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients' rights, preferences, and needs throughout the healthcare continuum. Address patient concerns, facilitate communication with healthcare providers, and promote shared decision-making.
• Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery, promote patient safety, and improve clinical outcomes. Contribute to data collection, analysis, and performance improvement activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current and valid nursing license.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN). Advanced degrees or certifications in nursing specialty areas are desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Experience in a specific clinical specialty may be required for certain positions.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in nursing interventions and procedures. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of nursing principles, standards of practice, and evidence-based guidelines. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient rights, and ethical considerations in nursing practice.
