Elev8 Centers specializes in the treatment and care of individuals dealing with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility offers a comprehensive range of services, from detox to medication-assisted treatment, rehab, and recovery therapy. We're currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Clinical Nurse Supervisor (LPN) to join our team!

The LPN will provide nursing care tailored to individual client needs, using established nursing techniques and standards, under the supervision of a registered nurse. You'll collaborate with other dedicated professionals and enhance your clinical skills!

Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications promptly and safely according to physicians' orders.
• Educate patients about their medications and document their responses and compliance; notify RN or doctor if abnormalities are noted.
• Record all patient activities such as admissions, discharges, and transfers; notify RN or doctor if abnormalities are noted.
• Monitor and document the patient's detoxification progress and behavior; notify RN or doctor if abnormalities are noted.
• Document treatment interventions and patient responses; notify RN or doctor if abnormalities are noted.
• Communicate patient progress with the treatment team; notify RN or doctor if abnormalities are noted.
• Conduct withdrawal assessments and vital signs as per treatment plans.
• Collect data for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs and report any abnormalities to RN or doctor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current NY State Board of Nursing License and Registration.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Preferably experienced in addiction treatment.
