Clinical Coordinator (LPN)

Urban Recovery focuses on treating individuals with substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility provides comprehensive care, from detox to medication-assisted treatment and recovery therapy. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Clinical Coordinator (LPN) to join our team!

LPNs provide individualized nursing care using recognized techniques and procedures under the guidance of a registered nurse. In this role, you'll work with committed professionals and enhance your clinical expertise!

Dayshifts and Overnight: 7:00a-7:30p, 7:00p-7:30a

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications safely and according to physicians' orders.
• Educate patients about their medications and document their response, notifying a registered nurse or doctor if needed.
• Record all patient activities and progress in the medical record, alerting a registered nurse or doctor if necessary.
• Perform withdrawal assessments and monitor vital signs as per treatment plans.
• Gather and report data for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) programs.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Valid NY State Nursing License and Registration.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience.
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred.
