Clinical Coordinator

Elev8 Centers is committed to treating substance and alcohol use disorders. Our facility offers comprehensive care, from detox to rehab and recovery therapy. We're looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!

The RN coordinates nursing services per our policies and procedures, promoting clients' physical and mental health. As a member of an interdisciplinary team, you'll assist residents in managing their health and coordinate medical services, including psychiatric and medication, based on individual needs.

OVERNIGHT SHIFT 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Duties:

• Administer and document medication accurately and safely following PSO policies.
• Perform urine, blood, and glucose tests.
• Provide direct patient care in line with the nursing department's philosophy and goals.
• Assist staff in developing and evaluating goal-oriented care plans.
• Help plan patient care, discharge, and ongoing care.
• Adjust patient assignments based on changing needs during shifts.
• Implement patient education programs based on specific needs.
• Review and give feedback on staff documentation standards.
• Maintain patient care standards as per government and standardizing agency regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current New York State RN license
• Registered nurse in good standing
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Two years of nursing experience
• Experience in medication administration in a detox/rehab setting
