Clinical Care Coordinator

Our mission is to provide care and treatment for those suffering from substance and alcohol use disorders. We are looking for Clinical Care Coordinators to support clients in overcoming barriers to treatment and staying engaged in recovery services. Coordinators will model recovery skills and instil hope.

Shifts Available:

• Overnight: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (11:00 pm - 7:00 am)
• Evening: Saturday and Sunday (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm)
• Morning: Saturday and Sunday (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients professionally and empathetically.
• Communicate with Counselors and Nursing staff about client care.
• Promote positive interactions among clients and staff.
• Transport clients within the facility.
• Ensure clients adhere to the program schedule.
• Conduct regular room checks.
• Perform census checks every two hours.
• Monitor and report client behavior.
• Assist in de-escalating challenging situations.
• Manage client linen and laundry.
• Search and record new admissions' belongings.
• Assist in screening clients for contraband.
• Act as a role model.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
