Primary responsibility is to maintain the Chargemaster for Cooper University Health System to ensure proper revenue generation, improve all aspects of revenue cycle operation (coding, charge capture and process flow-through) and maintain compliance with third-party payer requirements.

At least 2-4 years experience and knowledge of hospital operations and payment systems. Understanding of CDM methodology and various coding systems used in healthcare, financial management and reporting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred

Recognized coding certification ( CPC, CPC-H, CCS-P, CCS, RHIA, RHIT, etc.) maintained or in progress
