CASAC Addiction Counselor

We are an inpatient drug treatment program seeking highly motivated and dedicated Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors (CASAC) to join our team. Candidates must be able to ensure compliance of OASAS inpatient detox and inpatient rehab regulations and meet deadlines for all documentation.

Schedule Needed:

• Dayshift

Candidates must be able to conduct individual and group counseling, admission assessments, case management and aftercare planning, crisis interventions, and develop individualized treatment plans and overall counseling. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with OASAS guidelines is a plus!

MUST HAVE AT MINIMUM A CASAC-T

Experience:

• At least 1 year of Substance Use Counseling preferred

License/Certification:

• CASAC, CASAC-A, CASAC 2, CASAC-M
