Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or equivalent credential.
• Previous experience working in a blood bank or transfusion service preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
