Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Concierge Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the admissions process runs smoothly, help with scheduling and transporting residents to and from appointments as well as assisting on the floor when needed.:Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide personalized, one-on-one care and support tailored to each patient’s individual needs and preferences. Respond promptly to patient calls and requests, ensuring timely and efficient service. Assist with mobility and transport of patients, including turning, positioning, and transferring. Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other patient data as directed by the nursing staff Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by ensuring their rooms and common areas are tidy and well-organized. Engage patients in recreational activities and social interaction to promote mental and emotional well-being. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide updates and address concerns. Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and protocols, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Handle patient admissions, including completing necessary paperwork, orienting patients to the facility, and addressing initial questions and concerns. Coordinate transport services for patients within the facility, ensuring timely and safe transfers to various departments and appointments. Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing patient and family inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a concierge or patient-focused role. Exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems. CPR and First Aid certification required.:
