Short DescriptionTHIS POSITION REQUIRES ROTATING WEEKENDS
Join an administrative team that supports Cooper’s large Department of Hospital Medicine.
The position primary provides administrative and clerical support. Strong computer (Microsoft Office) and communications skills are a must.
Basic analytical support plus database creation and maintenance will be required.
Extreme attention to detail and multi-tasking necessary.
Proficiency/Experience with hospital systems preferred.
Experience RequiredMinimum 3-5 years administrative experience.
Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred.
Special RequirementsCommunication – Ability to communicate with patients, clinical leaders and coworkers
Computer Skills – Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets; navigate a variety of hospital platforms
Attention to Detail – Ability to keep detailed electronic records while multi-tasking
Time management – Ability to keep and maintain electronic files ensuring department deadlines are met.
